MISSABAYA is a Islamic based online ecommerce store with a collection of abaya clothing.

We were approached by MISS ABAYA to help redesign their website and bring a new more vibrant design to life. They also wanted us to setup a Instagram account and optimise campaigns, posts and captions.

The result was a new website that is optimised and delivers the functionalities of a user focus ecommerce shop.

THE MISSION

When MISSABAYA approached us, she was on a mission to create a trustworthy, bespoke marketplace for tailored Islamic clothing online. Starting from scratch, she needed help with creating the brand, logo, and a new website design entirety.

We sat down with MISSABAYA and outlined their goals, values, and target audiences. Together, we were able to come up with a modern, clean, and intuitive brand and website redesign.

An important web design aspect for MISSABAYA was to create a easy-to-use product filter. Visitors could navigate the different types of abayas and search by colour, sizes and additional product customisations.

To increase their social media presence, MISSABAYA hired us to create, optimise, and manage their Instagram account.

Followers: 40,000
Average likes per post: 5,000

We researched the perfect hashtags to use, analysed the optimal posting times, created a content calendar and optimised captions with user intent in mind. MISSABAYA consistently saw increased sales directly from Instagram as each post was hitting the explore page.
